Commercialized Innovative Products

In my role as a Coating Scientist at Atlas Protecting Coating, a start-up in the Incubation Center of the Institute for Color Science and Technology, a novel polyaniline-grafted graphene oxide formulation has been developed. This innovation was specifically engineered to provide enhanced UV protection for PVC cladding panels.

The significance of this work is demonstrated through the following:

• Patent Grant: The invention is protected by U.S. Patent No. US11873418B2, which is assigned to our development partner, Azaran Faza Nama, and my employer, Atlas Protecting Coating.
• Commercialization: The technology was successfully transferred to Azaran Faza Nama, which subsequently commercialized PVC cladding panels coated with this advanced formulation.
• Formal Recognition: This successful collaboration and product development are formally acknowledged in a Certificate of Appreciation issued to Atlas Protecting Coating by Azaran Faza Nama.
